2022 has been the worst year in a long time for anti-LGBTQ legislation, with dozens of bills passing in states across the country – including disproportionately in the South – that target LGBTQ people and especially transgender youth for discrimination. As we continue to organize our power against this legislation, our message must remain clear: We will continue showing up as our fullest selves, and we are not going anywhere.
