Our position in the global economy is not a partisan concern but an issue that we must all tackle together and reach across the aisle to find solutions.

Chris Coons
Dear John,

It's no secret that China is our biggest competitor.

The competition between our countries will define the 21st century, and we need to make sure the United States remains a global leader. Our position in the global economy is not a partisan concern but an issue that we must all tackle together and reach across the aisle to find solutions.

With the Senate formally moving to resolve our differences on the competitiveness bill, I am ready to find solutions and get the Bipartisan Competitiveness Bill to the President's desk.

In the past, I've worked to pass the U.S. Innovation and Competition Act through the Senate to strengthen U.S. manufacturing and encourage groundbreaking research. I also reintroduced the RAMP Act to support small businesses by bringing their ideas to market. Both of these policies were bipartisan, because I know that there is nothing we can't achieve when the whole Senate is working together towards a common goal for ALL Americans.

We were all struck by the ravages of COVID-19. We must build back better from the pandemic and strive to compete by creating jobs, lowering costs, and unleashing American innovation.

I know that together, we can uplift every American and help our economy remain the leader of the world. Show your support for the Bipartisan Competitiveness Bill and add your name today >>

Thank you,

Chris Coons
