We’re six months away from one of the most important elections in our lifetime, and so much is at stake.

Protecting and expanding our Democratic majorities in the House and the Senate, getting Beto in the Governor’s Mansion, making Democratic gains in our state legislature. These are all things that are within our reach if we show up and fight like hell every day for the next six months.

To make change at every level, we need to elect Democratic leaders who will tackle the issues Texans care about. Over the last few months, I’ve traveled the state and it’s clear what Texans want: protecting the right to choose and abortion access, expanding Medicaid, lowering property taxes, securing a living wage, updating our electric grid. This is what Democrats are fighting for.

This last week has been a terrifying reminder of why we need Democratic leadership. Not only abortion access, but other fundamental freedoms could be on the line, and we need brave changemakers fighting for us at every level of government. We need bold, decisive action now. Action that only Democrats will take.


If we’re going to achieve the ambitious goals we’ve set for ourselves, we can’t afford to waste a single moment between now and November 8th. So I’m asking: will you rush $7 right now to power our fight to the finish line?

Despite last week’s gut-wrenching news, I have never been more proud of the movement we’ve built. Millions across our state and our country are standing up against extremist conservative BS and are saying enough is enough.

We have to carry that attitude with us for the next six months -- because everything we believe in is on the line.
