Skilled nursing facilities are understaffed, under-resourced, with workers who are underpaid. 

It’s time we take action on behalf of caregivers, residents, and their families to make sure the skilled nursing facility sector prioritizes quality care over profit. 

This is why LAANE is excited to launch our Quality Care Campaign!! In partnership with SEIU 2015, and together with over 40 organizations across Los Angeles County, the Quality Care Coalition will fight to raise standards at nursing homes by ensuring we improve working conditions and a higher standard of care for residents. We’ll do this by identifying, activating and mobilizing community members and workers with a connection to long term care to win policy change at the state and local level.
