Hello John,
Being a Mother is the hardest job in the world, and I just want all the Mom’s to know that I get it, because I’m a Mom too.
Being a Mother is what drove me to run for Congress. I want my children to live in a world with more equality, less barriers, and ensure they inherit a livable earth!
My core polices would have the most impact on families and enrich our future:
- Wage-driven Childcare - so all parents can afford to pursue their dreams
- Paid Family Medical Leave - to ease the pain from the most stressful times
- Free College and Trades - so our children have life skills (debt free)
- Universal Health Care - like most other modern countries, it’s simply a tragedy that the U.S. lags so very far behind in healthcare
- Clean Technology Jobs - to create an economy that is not dependent on fossil fuels, and provides great paying jobs
