SCOTUS is on the verge of finalizing a decision that would put abortion rights into the hands of gerrymandered state legislatures. Help fight back!
If the Court rolls back the landmark Roe v. Wade ruling, abortions would be immediately banned in 13 states based on existing legislation -- with an estimated dozen or more additional states expected to institute bans soon after.
A majority of Americans do not want the Supreme Court to overturn the ruling. They also oppose various state-level restrictions on abortion rights by similar margins. As AOTL President Kelly Burton said, this decision would leave abortion rights in the hands of state legislatures -- making our work to end gerrymandering more urgent than ever.
