Every day, WomenHeart Champions are working in local communities to touch the lives of women living with or at risk of heart disease through their support networks, patient visits at hospitals, or sharing warm HeartScarves to show women there are not alone in their diagnosis. These women work tirelessly to ensure every woman they touch knows that heart disease is their number 1 killer, but that there is hope in the support we provide.
