Friend,

‘Mother’ is the proudest title I hold, not just on Mother’s Day but every day. Yet sadly today, terms like ‘mother’ are being scrubbed from public discourse.

Why? Because woke activists insist that common sex-based terms are not inclusive.

Indeed, the term mother invokes a distinctly feminine image. It draws upon women’s role not only in nurturing children but in actually gestating and bringing them into this world.

Of course, millions of women are mothers who didn’t give birth, but who embraced the sacrificial, nurturing love and labor associated with mothering. This year, we mothers don’t need a bouquet of flowers or a card… nice as those can be.

Mothers deserve better than to be erased in the pursuit of satisfying a woke agenda.

This Mother’s Day, we must stand up for equal opportunity, common sense, and science. Moms everywhere deserve better than being belittled as ‘birthing persons’ or ‘those who give birth.’

We need to ensure that women still have legal rights, including the freedom to associate in single-sex spaces.

Join me and thousands of other women and mothers over at Independent Women’s Network as we fight to protect these rights! Visit IWNetwork.com to activate your Free Pass or select a monthly membership to access even more resources about this and other current issues.
