Captain Justin McCorkle Major USA Retired, Major Patricia McCorkle USA, Sergeant Ike McCorkle Captain USMC Retired

Is it time to be careful or tell the truth?

I was raised by my tough single mom! She was left with three kids and a bankrupt store when I was two years old. My brother was five, my sister was six months old. We were on welfare, food stamps, and free meals at school. My mom went to nursing school. The summer I turned eight, my mom earned a commission in the United States Air Force Nurse Corps!

As an Air Force family we had base housing on Medina AFB in San Antonio Texas. We had access to the commissary with tax free groceries, the base exchange, the base pool, gym, skate park, reduced cost childcare, the base bowling ally, movie theater, and best of all universal federal healthcare.

We cannot call ourselves a Country or a Nation vested in LIBERTY while in many states we currently violate the right of more than half of our citizens to have autonomy & liberty over medical decisions pertaining their own body.

I’m Ike, and I will fight for women’s rights! We must protect with the law: my children’s mother’s rights, my grandmother’s, mother’s, sister’s, and most importantly my niece’s and daughter’s right to access reproductive healthcare and have autonomy over their own bodies!

As Martin Luther King said, “The time is always right to do what is right.”

You could start right now! Contributing to my campaign today will help us retain the majority and protect women’s rights!
