Monday marked a CRITICAL moment in our history as a nation. A leaked opinion draft revealed that the Supreme Court is poised to overturn Roe v. Wade, putting abortion rights in jeopardy nearly 50 years after the landmark case was decided!

John, if the Court overturns Roe this summer, over 36 million people’s health care will be at greater risk. Reproductive freedom will be decided not by a person in consultation with a doctor, but by politicians. Do they have a Democratic governor dedicated to protecting reproductive rights or a Republican governor dead set on stripping them of their bodily autonomy?

President Joe Biden is counting on reliable Democrats like YOU to act NOW. He’s called for voters to step up and elect officials at every level of government to protect reproductive rights – and making sure Democratic governors WIN has never been more critical.

While Republicans are pushing for new and increasingly restrictive abortion laws that would criminalize abortion and punish women and doctors, Democratic governors are fighting to protect Americans, veto bans, and codify life-saving health care into law in states across the country.
