According to a leaked draft opinion, the conservative majority Supreme Court has voted to overturn Roe v. Wade which means the right to an abortion will come down to the states.
The good news: State Democrats are already preparing legislation to codify abortion rights into state law.
The bad news: As many as 26 states could IMMEDIATELY ban or restrict the right to an abortion if Roe is overturned.
The only sure way to guarantee every person has the right to choose is to protect and build our Democratic majorities NOW.
