I’ve written to you before about why I’m so proud to be leading Josh’s campaign. And with the Supreme Court news this week, the fight for this toss-up seat is now even more personal.

If Roe is overturned, millions of women, including many of my family and friends, will lose the freedom to control their own bodies. It’s absolutely gut wrenching for me to think about.

That’s why I woke up this morning ready to fight for Josh, who was a critical vote to codify Roe v. Wade into law last year.

I also woke up ready to fight back against extremist Republicans who are putting the health of so many women at risk - women just like me.

This race is 1 of 5 that will determine how bad this really gets. If Republicans take control of the House we know they will pass a total ban on abortion in America, like Marjorie Taylor Greene has pledged. It’s our job here in the Valley, to stop that from happening.

I wish I could say things aren’t as bad as they seem. But unfortunately this is the reality we find ourselves in. It’s now or never to fight back. Our organizing and volunteer teams are already on the ground now to remind voters what’s at stake and that a vote for Josh is a vote to protect Roe v. Wade.
