John,

After the news broke that the Supreme Court is poised to overturn Roe v. Wade, Kim reaffirmed her commitment to defending reproductive rights in Congress. Her Republican opponents, on the other hand, have been silent. We think we know why:

Kim's Republican opponents know that their party's extreme position on abortion is deeply unpopular in the district and around the country. A Gallup poll found that approximately 80% of Americans believe that abortion should be legal. They're staying silent in the hopes that Washingtonians will overlook their party's extreme and dangerous position on reproductive rights.

The Republicans’ position on abortion isn't just a threat to red states – members of the Congressional GOP have called for federal bans that would make abortion illegal nationwide -- without exception. That's why, more than ever, we need leaders in Congress who will defend the rights of Americans to make their own reproductive decisions.

As the only pro-choice, woman doctor in Congress, Kim will always fight back against these attacks on safe, legal abortion and ensure deeply personal medical decisions remain between a patient and their doctor only.

If you're committed to electing pro-choice leaders like Kim up and down the ballot this November, add your name today >>

Thanks,

Devon
