There’s so much at stake in this race. Democrats hold the House majority by just a handful of seats, and Katie’s toss-up race will be one of the few to determine which party controls the House.
If we lose the Democratic majority, it will be much harder to fight for families—with a Republican majority we won’t be able to pass legislation that will protect our environment, lower the cost of healthcare, or address the high cost of childcare. Republicans will try to reverse the progress we’ve made.
That’s why Katie’s ramping up our campaign right now—later today volunteers will be heading out to knock on doors.
