Earlier this week, a leak showed that the Supreme Court’s illegitimate conservative majority intends to overturn Roe v. Wade and end nearly 50 years of protections for abortion rights.

Let’s be clear: what we saw was only a draft of the majority opinion, but that shouldn’t stop us from sounding the alarm.

Democrats can and must wield their majorities in Congress to codify Roe and enshrine reproductive rights before it’s too late.
