Please continue to pray for our team in Kenya as they await a verdict in the Mavoko 3 Case. This is the case against four police officers and a civilian for the murder of Willie, Joseph and Josephat (an IJM staff member, client and trusted driver respectively). Although the trial concluded several weeks ago, the team is still awaiting a final verdict. Pray for peace in the ongoing waiting period for the family and friends of the victims, and for justice to resound.
Latin America
Join the IJM El Salvador team in praising the Lord for the openness of partners in the Public Justice System (PJS) to take part in activities implemented by the team. The PJS seems to trust the work IJM does, and this developing trust will open the door to protecting millions from violence in the country.
South Asia
Please pray for God’s overwhelming joy for the IJM South Asia team, who is working so hard to end trafficking in their country. This has been an intense year—from COVID to program planning to major government projects—and many on the team need to be refreshed. Pray each woman and man can feel God’s favor over their good work and can be refreshed in joyful time with family, friends and the community. Pray that this joy will sustain everyone for the work ahead!

Praise God for the work he is doing in the Advancement offices in the Asia Pacific region! God has brought amazing opportunities through strategic partnerships and even social media influencers to join in IJM’s mission to protect the most vulnerable. Pray for these offices as they continue to raise awareness, build financial partnerships, and expand their offices to further IJM's mission.

Please pray for the Faith & Business Summit events taking place this week in New York City and Chicago. IJM is hosting a breakfast gathering of faith-driven leaders, investors and entrepreneurs for impactful teaching and encouragement from leadership speakers and IJM staff. Please pray for attendees in both cities, that they would walk away feeling encouraged and empowered!
