An assault on our judicial system has taken place. The Supreme Court draft leak is a danger to the integrity of our court processes and judicial system. It is clear that such an action was intended to incite increased pressure from the Radical Left in order to intimidate Conservative justices regarding their decisions and opinions on Roe v. Wade. We must come together and ensure that the pressure from the liberal mob does NOT disrupt our judicial proceedings!

Biden’s despotic, dystopian regime has reached a whole new level. The Disinformation Governance Board is a threat to free speech and a threat to our democracy. This week, both Homeland Security Secretary Mayorkas and Press Secretary Psaki discussed the bureau, describing its goals of ‘fighting the spread of disinformation on the internet’. Not unlike George Orwell’s 1984 novel Ministry of Truth or the departments of many totalitarian regimes throughout history, Biden wants to police our free speech in order to control his own narrative. Our speech was already in danger from the Big Tech oligarchs censoring our proud conservative ideals on social media. Now Biden’s own regime is implementing crackdowns on our constitutional rights. He must be STOPPED!

Trump described the Chairman as a “Conservative Warrior for our America First agenda in Congress” who will “Secure our Southern Border, Fight Inflation, Grow our Economy, Support our Military and Vets, Protect Life, Defend the Second Amendment, and Stand Up to the Woke Mob destroying our Country.” Congressman Banks is excited to continue to represent the great people of Indiana and fight for these conservative values.

An official draft opinion of the U.S Supreme Court was

LEAKED on Monday to Politico , revealing a vote to overturn the abortion rights under Roe v. Wade and place the power of outlawing abortion into the hands of the states. In its wake, a barrage of protests set on pressuring the Conservative Justices to change their opinions and protect abortion. The leak is currently under investigation, but Liberals hope that the leak will give them an opportunity to have an impact on the final ruling. We can not allow the Liberal mob to intimidate our Supreme Court! Now is the time to stand up and push back against this pressure. Life must be protected at all costs.

BIDEN’S MINISTRY OF TRUTH


Biden has now created his own Ministry of Truth as a police force for information on the internet, attempting to crack down on our freedom of speech. This is an unconstitutional move by the President in an attempt to tighten his grip on conservative speech and ensure that the censorship Americans have faced on social media platforms will continue. Although the exact mission and execution of the bureau appears very vague, Biden must be held accountable for such an attack on our Constitutional Rights. It is clear that the Left has their own definition of “disinformation” and will continue to push its narrative whenever possible. If our leaders can not agree on what disinformation is, we can NOT trust Biden to attempt to police it. We must protect the values on which our nation
was founded and continue to fight for free speech.

BIDEN’S BORDER CRISIS CONTINUES

Biden’s border crisis continues to surge. It was confirmed this weekend by secretary Mayorkas that over 1 million migrants have been caught and released into the country since Biden first took office. It is estimated that between 1.2 and 1.4 million migrants have entered the country illegally under Biden, contrasted by Biden’s measly 60,000 deportations during that time - record lows in that category. Biden is not cracking down on illegal immigration and his deportation policies leave many migrants who have entered the country illegally in the past as non-prioroties. These policies and statistics will only serve to encourage more and more surges at our border moving forward, with an estimated 4 million will attempt to enter the country when Title 42 is officially lifted. We
can not continue to have an open border! We must protect our country and the people in it.
