Less than 200 days before the crucial midterm election and Arizona Republicans are on the move
Hello Arizona,

The Arizona Republican Party is movin' and groovin'! We had a busy April, the Arizona Victory Team held a Weekend of Action. More than two hundred volunteers were trained in voter registration, voter contact, and election integrity at ten separate training events across the state.

Arizona is once again leading the nation in protecting patient choice and medical freedom. Our state now has a law that forbids government entities, including school districts, from requiring people under eighteen to wear a mask without the express consent of a parent. We also have a new law prohibiting government entities from requiring an Arizona resident to receive a COVID vaccine. This is excellent news!

Arizona has also taken a stand for religious freedom. Religious services are now deemed to be essential services. Even in an emergency, religious organizations will be allowed to operate to the same or greater extent as other organizations and businesses. Churches should never be subject to government lockdowns.

The Republican Party of Arizona stands for firmly for freedom, and Republicans are delivering.

With the election season picking up steam, we could use your help at headquarters and statewide.

Apply to WORK here. Sign up to VOLUNTEER here. You can DONATE to help our efforts here. Together, we will save Arizona and save America!

Always America First!

Yavapai GOP Sues AZ SoS for Elections Manual

The Yavapai County Republican Committee has brought a suit against Democrat Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs for failure to produce an Elections Procedure Manual for the current 2022 election cycle.

The suit filed jointly by the county organization and Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich charges that Hobbs has failed in her “statutory duties to promulgate a legally compliant Elections Procedure Manual for approval by the AZ AG and the Governor.” According to statute, the revised EPM was due on December 31, 2021.

The EPM is necessary to assure that voters across Arizona are treated equally and that election procedures and policies are uniformly interpreted by elections officials and administrators.
AZ Supreme Court Reinforces Tax Cut

The $2 billion income tax cut approved last year by the Arizona state legislature has been reinforced by an Arizona Supreme Court decision.

The decision reverses a lower court decision which would have allowed Arizona voters to approve a referendum that would stop the tax cuts from taking effect until the November election.

The Arizona Free Enterprise Club, an organization that advocates for lower taxes and fewer regulations, applauded the high court’s decision. The reasons for the court’s decision were not given in the order signed by Chief Justice Robert Brutinel. The court’s full decision will be released at a later date.
Likely Voters Agree: Biden Tainted by Family China Business Ties

According to the results of a poll conducted in early April, 63.7 percent of 1079 likely general election voters believe Joe Biden is conflicted or compromised due to his family’s personal business dealing with China.

The question asked of the survey sample was “how likely is it that President Biden is conflicted/compromised due to his family’s personal business dealings with China.” More than 85 percent of the Republican affiliated respondents said that Biden is likely corrupted by ties with China. Just 14 percent of Republican voters believe that Biden’s involvement with China is unlikely.

The poll was conducted by the Atlanta-based Trafalgar Group between April 5 and April 8. Respondents were Republican, Democrats and voters with no party affiliation residing in all states.
Officials Remove Unwelcome Visitor from RPAZ HQ

A recent visitor to the Republican Party of Arizona LLC’s headquarters in Scottsdale made a lot of noise and had to be removed from the premises by authorities. While the HQ staff is generally a friendly group, their hospitality was tested one afternoon when a five-foot-long rattlesnake appeared in the hallway of the building just outside the RPAZ offices.
Mark Kelly Keeps State and District Offices Closed to Constituents

Even after Joe Biden called for Americans to return to their offices during his State of the Union address, Arizona Democrat Senator Mark Kelly keeps his regional offices closed, depriving Arizonans of assistance in dealing with federal agencies. The legislators closed their field office operations during the height of the COVID-19 outbreak.

Kelly joins five other federal Democrat legislators who have not reopened their state and district offices. Democrats have embraced political theater during the pandemic and have shown an eagerness to bend the COVID narrative to serve their needs, including causing inconvenience to constituents.
Arizona Leads Soaring 40-Year Inflation High

Arizona leads the nation in the dramatic price increases that have resulted from Joe Biden’s sky-high stimulus package. According to the Consumer Price Index, prices jumped 8.5 percent during the 12 months starting March 2021. The increase marked a 40-year high and exceeded government and commercial expectations.

Americans have endured 11 consecutive months of Bidenflation and are paying considerably more for essential needs. The consumer goods leading in inflationary costs are gasoline at 48 percent, used cars at 35.3 percent, and airline fares at 23.6 percent. Proteins (meat, poultry and fish) have increased 13.8 percent while milk, eggs, bread and coffee prices shot up 1.3 percent, 11.2 percent, 7.1 percent and 11.2 percent, respectively.

Since Biden’s $1.9 trillion stimulus package passed, inflation has outpaced wages every month. Hourly wages declined 2.7 percent in March, with rising prices discounting any wage increase.
Arizona Victory Launches Weekend of Action Program
Arizona Victory, a statewide joint field operation of the Republican Party of Arizona and the Republican National Committee formed to mobilize grassroots activists and build on the Republican energy surging across the state, held the first in a series of Weekend of Action programs on April 23-24.

During the Weekend, 2,228 doors were knocked, 125 volunteers were recruited, 26 voters were registered, 259 volunteers were activated and 20 team members attended three team meetings. Additionally, the Republican Leadership Initiative conducted 10 trainings in select areas that were attended by 176.

Republican leaders RPAZ Chairwoman Dr. Kelli Ward and Maricopa County Republican Committee Chairwoman Mickie Niland coordinated with Arizona Victory Director Chris Escobedo in organizing the Weekend of Action.
