Marco Rubio is bad for Florida. He's a career politician focused on advancing his career. Time and time again, he's missed crucial votes in the Senate and worked to stall progress on critical legislation like gun safety reform, voting rights and rising health care costs.

Val Demings is different. She never envisioned herself a politician. For decades, she’s worked for the people of Florida: first as a social worker, then as Orlando’s first woman chief of police, and now, as congresswoman for Florida’s 10th District. In all the ways that Marco Rubio is wrong for Florida, Val Demings is undeniably right.

But here's the truth: This race will be close, especially with Rubio and the GOP launching new attacks after a poll showed Val Demings closing the gap.
