John,

As the Supreme Court is on the brink of overturning Roe v. Wade and allowing states to ban abortion, far-right GOP lawmakers and activists are trying to take things a step further.

As The Washington Post reported this week:

"Leading antiabortion groups and their allies in Congress have been meeting behind the scenes to plan a national strategy that would kick in if the Supreme Court rolls back abortion rights this summer, including a push for a strict nationwide ban on the procedure if Republicans retake power in Washington."

Here's one thing you can be certain of: Republican candidates for federal office are going to increasingly embrace a federal anti-choice law. We cannot allow them to win battleground districts and take control of the House.

Jennifer has run proudly on her pro-choice values in every election, and she'll be the fierce defender of reproductive rights that we need right now. But Republicans have made VA-10 a top target, and they're set to spend millions in the D.C. media market (which touches our district) this cycle.

We can't win this race without you. Can you chip in right now to help raise another $2,720 by the end of the day and meet our budget goal for the week?
