It's an outrage, John.

Roe v. Wade is about to be overturned by a Supreme Court stacked to the brim with right-wing judges that do not reflect the values and priorities of most Americans. It's time to open the door for a new lineup of justices who understand the stakes of the moment our country is in, and put the well-being of people first and foremost.

Marie has been clear: we need to expand the Supreme Court. Will you add your name to stand with her? We need to show that there is broad support for adding seats to SCOTUS — because it's one of our last lines of defense against minority rule that is rolling back our rights.

Republicans have won the presidential popular vote exactly once in the last 30 years. Yet conservatives have a 6-3 majority on the court. They achieved it by unprecedented strong-arm tactics — such as blocking Merrick Garland's nomination for a year, and appointing Amy Coney Barrett to replace Ruth Bader Ginsburg one week before the 2020 election.

The GOP played hardball, and now — even though the American people continually reject the Republican agenda at the ballot box — the courts are rubber-stamping GOP policies and forcing them on the country.

Enough is enough. It's time for Democrats to embrace bold solutions to save the courts and restore them to being fair arbiters of justice. If we don't act now, workers' rights, women's rights, LGBTQ rights, racial equality, and the future of our environment could all be on the chopping block.
