All of us, regardless of where we live, what we look like, or how much money we have should have the freedom to decide if, when, and how we grow our families. But this week we saw an attack on this most basic freedom.

Here’s what happened. A leaked opinion showed that the Supreme Court is ready to overturn Roe vs. Wade which would allow states to ban abortion.

Here’s where we are right now. Abortion is STILL legal and California lawmakers are proposing an amendment to enshrine the right to choose in the California constitution. But despite California leading and fighting to protect reproductive rights and the right to an abortion, the time for all of us to make our voices heard is NOW.
