In the wake of the leaked draft majority Supreme Court opinion for Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization on Monday evening, all but sealing the fate of Roe V. Wade, many of us are left in the lurch wondering: What can we do now? 

Our Supreme Court is willing to strip away our rights, but they refuse to respect the bodily autonomy and will of the American people, who overwhelmingly support Roe v. Wade. And we know that many states, including Texas, have trigger laws ready to put the final nail in the coffin of reproductive choice. 

Texas Freedom Network has known this moment was coming, and we’ve been preparing. Right now, we need your support to meet the challenges that lie ahead.

We’ve seen these attacks on our freedoms at every level in Texas, as our state leaders continue to go after our reproductive, religious, and voting rights. They’re even banning books and censoring what our children learn in school.

It’s hard to believe this is America in 2022. But it is. The far right’s assault on democracy in Texas has never been so bold or dangerous.
