After Ron DeSantis demanded his party pass maps that were so discriminatory they prompted Black legislators to hold a sit-in on the state House floor, Florida voters are fighting back!

A group of voters is suing to strike the maps down on the grounds that they violate the voter-approved Fair Districts Amendment of the Florida constitution. They join voters in several other states who are taking gerrymandering Republicans to court. (And a Kansas court just struck down a manipulated congressional map!)
