Did you catch this? KX News recently interviewed Kelly about the effect he expects to see from President Biden’s recent decision to reinstate onerous provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act.

As Kelly pointed out, streamlining NEPA was an excellent move by the Trump administration. Undoing President Trump’s good work will only place undue burdens on development across the country.

Kelly also went into how reinstating these provisions will slow down the permitting process for carbon capture and natural gas pipelines, costing investors, contractors, and the consumer.
