There’s been a lot going on in the news, so in case you missed it, Politico recently reported that Kevin McCarthy’s superPAC is getting ready to spend big to flip the House red:

The House Minority Leader’s superPAC, called the Congressional Leadership Fund, has reserved a whopping $125 million worth of TV and radio ads ahead of the midterms — and $1.1 million of it is set aside to target voters in New Mexico in an attempt to save far-right Rep. Yvette Herrell’s seat from flipping blue.

Republicans know NM-02 is a toss-up seat that now leans Democratic after redistricting, and they can see what a strong people-powered campaign we’re building to elect Gabe and replace Herrell.

This is just the beginning of the GOP attacks, friend, and the New Mexico primary election hasn’t even happened yet!
