Since even before I left Harrington Park for college at Stanford almost 30 years ago, I have had a love for learning — to the point where my dad used to tell me, “You have more degrees than the month of July, but you ain’t hot.”

After my dad made his point, and I started my career, I still had a hunger to grow my worldview and expand my horizons.

That’s why I am so excited to restart the Booker Book Club. We’ll soon announce what book we’ll read first, but I wanted you to have the chance to sign up early so that you will be the first to know what book I choose. I hope you’ll join me and so many more by signing up today.
