Friend,

Since even before I left Harrington Park for college at Stanford almost 30 years ago, I have had a love for learning — to the point where my dad used to tell me, “You have more degrees than the month of July, but you ain’t hot.”

After my dad made his point, and I started my career, I still had a hunger to grow my worldview and expand my horizons.

That’s why I am so excited to restart the Booker Book Club. We’ll soon announce what book we’ll read first, but I wanted you to have the chance to sign up early so that you will be the first to know what book I choose. I hope you’ll join me and so many more by signing up today.

Why sign up? I’ll send you my thoughts while reading, ask what you think of the book so far, and a few weeks after we start reading we’ll have a virtual conversation with the author—exclusively for book club members.

You do not have to donate, or even commit to reading the book. All I ask is that you join me in our effort to better understand our world. So will you sign up for free now?

I’m really excited to get started, and I’ll announce my book soon. So if you want to be the first to know be sure to sign up right now.

With excitement what we might learn next,

Cory
