Jack, Kentucky has long been a testing ground for extremist attacks on reproductive rights and care.
Just last month, a ban temporarily shut down all abortion-providing centers, making it the first state in the nation where you could not access abortion services. There is a temporary hold on that ban, but a more permanent threat is on the horizon.
Kentucky is facing a ballot initiative that would amend the state constitution to effectively make abortion unconstitutional in the Commonwealth.
Please chip in $5 to support Kentucky's reproductive freedom movement. Every single dollar will go towards defeating this constitutional amendment, supporting patients, litigation, advocacy, and expanding reproductive health care access in Kentucky.

Progressives in Kentucky are fighting back. The Protect Kentucky Access campaign is a coordinated effort, rooted in data and best practices, that is committed to protecting the right to an abortion in Kentucky, no matter what the Supreme Court or forced birth extremists say.
Jack, there is a path to victory here. It relies heavily on engaging activists and volunteers to mobilize voters, share their stories, build relationships, and have person-to-person conversations. With the opposition trafficking in lies and confusion, the coalition also has to educate, persuade, and counter right-wing propaganda.
We can win if we mobilize now. We can't wait until September or just before the election — there's simply too much to do. To defeat this amendment, we must be louder, more visible, and more present than our opposition from now until November.
Chip in $5 today to support our partners at the Protect Kentucky Access coalition, Commonwealth Alliance Voter Engagement, Showing Up for Racial Justice, and Black Leadership Action Coalition of Kentucky as they defend abortion access and reproductive freedom.

P.S. Abortion is still legal. It's still your right. Let's keep it that way.
