Liberal group calls for protests at conservative Supreme Court justices' homes <[link removed]> - This is a naked attempt to intimidate the Supreme Court Justices and bully them into a different outcome in the Dobbs case. The left’s sacred cow is abortion – and this stunt proves how unhinged the left becomes when their desire for it is indicated clearly to NOT be within the text of the Constitution. It also evidences a total lack of comprehension (or even reading!) of the Dobbs draft. Clearly these protestors have never heard of the 10th Amendment. Pro-Life Progress Report for the 117th Congress and Administration <[link removed]> - The 117th Congress and the Biden Administration have repeatedly undermined the cause of life. America has a pro-abortion majority in the House, a Republican–Democrat split in the Senate, and the most pro-abortion President in history. Thus, the Left is using every available legislative and administrative tool to consolidate its extreme approach to abortion policy and conscience rights. Meanwhile, Americans await a Supreme Court decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. That decision may deliver a more principled abortion jurisprudence than America has known in 50 years. Policymakers must commit to the central goal of the pro-life cause: to see the day when every person, from the moment of conception, is protected in law and welcomed in life. Heritage Expert: Melanie

New administration policy further undermines trust in military commanders <[link removed]> - U.S. military <[link removed]> leaders are held to an unforgiving standard: They are responsible
for “everything their unit does—or fails to do.” When a unit fails—a ship runs aground, troops die due to improper training, a weapon is lost, or merely because a superior officer “loses confidence in their abilities”—commanders are relieved of their duties. Until now, this immense responsibility was accompanied by the commensurate authority to investigate and act on alleged crimes and incidents within their units. But not anymore. The Navy <[link removed]> Secretary recently announced that commanders are no longer
authorized to investigate allegations of sexual harassment in their units. Instead, they must send those allegations to the next level up the chain of command and wait for an outside investigator to be appointed. The change is unnecessary and bodes ill for the U.S. military <[link removed]>, especially if the other departments follow suit. Heritage Expert: Thomas

One proposal to modernize labor laws would benefit women; another could set them back decades <[link removed]> - Currently, two very different competing proposals in Congress could have huge impacts on working women. The Protecting the Right to Organize Act, also known as the PRO Act, attempts to re-create the workplace of yesteryear, denying many women flexibility and restricting entrepreneurship opportunities. The Employee Rights Act of 2022, also known as the ERA, modernizes labor laws, promoting work models that accommodate the needs of women and their families. Today’s labor laws were written nearly eight decades ago, when men made up 75 percent of the labor force and women’s work was largely confined to unmarried women in clerical or rote factory positions. Today, women make up 47 percent of the workforce, spanning every occupation, including business ownership. Heritage Expert: Rachel Greszler <[link removed]>

Reddit Censors Forum That Makes Leftists Look Like Nazis <[link removed]> - The radical left is driven purely by hate <[link removed]>. They don’t try to hide it as they openly scorn straight white men for merely existing. When one forum on Reddit <[link removed]> sought to expose that vile hatred from the left, it found itself censored by the platform. The forum, Men Kampf, was temporarily banned from the platform before it was quietly brought back to the site without any explanation. The forum’s name is a play on the title of Adolf Hitler’s infamous
screed “Mein Kampf” and seeks to highlight just how terribly the left treats people it doesn’t like by replacing all instances of the words white, straight, or male <[link removed]> in an article with the words “Jew,” “Jewish,” and “Jewishness.” Heritage Expert: Douglas Blair  <[link removed]>
