Three days ago a Supreme Court opinion leaked showing that the Supreme Court intends to strike down Roe v. Wade.

This didn’t have to happen. Democrats had 50 years to codify Roe v. Wade into law. It’s time to abolish the Senate filibuster and pass the Women's Health Protection Act to protect the right to an abortion.

As the first woman to represent this district in Congress, I would NEVER back down on protecting reproductive freedom, so if you can, please chip in now to help me win.

I am really fed up with Democrats not using power when they have it. Why is it that Republicans can pass more of their agenda while NOT in power than Democrats can while IN power? It’s absurd.

If I were in the House right now, I’d be proposing and cosponsoring bills to codify Roe v. Wade into law, repeal the Hyde Amendment so Medicaid can be used for women to get abortions, and pass Medicare for All so everyone can get the healthcare they need.
