BREAKING: Ohio Democratic Party sues Gov. Mike DeWine’s administration over redacted records

We just sued Governor Mike DeWine, team.

Since October, we have been working on getting answers to who knew what and when about the FirstEnergy scandal – which Ohioans continue to pay $287,000 every single day for – but have been stonewalled at every turn by the DeWine administration.

The lack of accountability from DeWine is stunning.

We want to know what Mike DeWine is hiding, what he knew, and when he knew about it throughout the HB6 scandal, but our records requests have gone mostly unanswered and the records that we have received were murky, at best, and heavily redacted.
