On Monday, we learned that the Supreme Court is poised to strike down Roe v. Wade. The VERY NEXT DAY, Hank introduced the Supreme Court Ethics, Recusal, and Transparency Act, a beefed up version of his prior proposal to create and enforce a mandatory code of ethics on Supreme Court justices. Hank has also introduced:
  • The Judiciary Act, which will expand the Supreme Court by adding an additional four associate justices;
  • The AMICUS Act, which will shed light on judicial lobbying done by powerful special interests;
