John, we need as many people as possible to make their voices heard right now.

The Senate is on track to vote next week on the Women's Health Protection Act, which will codify Roe v. Wade and protect the right to choose from any dangerous ruling by the Supreme Court. Now is our time to show that the Women's Health Protection Act has the broad support of the public.

Stand with Jennifer and sign your name — tell the Senate to pass the Women's Health Protection Act!

John,

We learned last night of a draft decision in Dobbs v. Jackson, the case that right-wing legislators and activists have brought before the Supreme Court to challenge the foundation of Roe v. Wade.

This decision — which was written by Samuel Alito and supported by a majority of the justices — would completely overturn Roe and immediately deprive people in over twenty states of the right to choose.

Politicians should not be making decisions about people's reproductive healthcare. But that's exactly what the Supreme Court is on the precipice of allowing. We need to fight back immediately, and the first step is to muster every bit of energy we have to get the Women's Health Protection Act (WHPA) signed into law.

Please join me right now and tell the Senate to immediately pass the WHPA →

If the WHPA becomes law, the right to seek an abortion will officially be codified under federal law — any rule that the Supreme Court hands down would be irrelevant.

I voted to pass the WHPA out of the House in September. I have sounded the alarm on the threat that reproductive rights face for years. The Senate has no excuse to not act — and if we need to end the filibuster to clear the WHPA for passage, then it's about time we did so.

This is a defining moment for our country. The fights ahead will not be easy. Right now, I refuse to give up on making the Women's Health Protection Act a reality. It is our best and only way to preserve the rights that we've had for nearly five decades, before a court that was unjustly packed by Mitch McConnell with extremists takes those rights away.

Stand with me today and amplify our demand to the Senate: pass the Women's Health Protection Act now.
