By now I am sure you have heard the news. On Monday night, for the first time ever, a draft of a Supreme Court opinion was leaked to the media in an attempt to sway public opinion and intimidate the justices into reversing their opinion. You and I both know this tactic will not work!

The United States Supreme Court appears to be on the brink of reversing Roe v. Wade. This leaked draft criticizing Roe is so overwhelmingly pro-life ([link removed]) that Justice Samuel Alito backed up his opinion with a citation from AUL's Senior Counsel Clarke Forsythe, referencing his book Abuse of Discretion: The Inside Story of Roe v. Wade.

The leaked draft and the following report from POLITICO were released to incite pressure, outrage, and even potential violence against the Supreme Court, the pro-life justices, and our movement. Americans United for Life is ready to combat the misinformation coming from the abortion industry.
