Hey team, you’ve probably heard by now that the Supreme Court is planning to overturn Roe v. Wade.

Let me be clear: This attack on reproductive rights is unacceptable. I strongly support a woman’s right to choose and believe that health care decisions should lie solely between a woman and her doctor.

Overturning Roe v. Wade would threaten every Arizona woman’s right to make critical decisions about her health care and future. If this leaked draft Supreme Court opinion proves true, it will be a mammoth, painful setback for women, families, and our country.

We cannot regress on precedent that has endured for nearly half a century. I was proud to co-sponsor and voted to pass the Women’s Health Protection Act, which would codify Roe v. Wade into federal law. Unfortunately, that bill has lain stagnant with the Senate since the fall. The Senate must take up and pass the Women's Health Protection Act without delay to codify Roe v. Wade and secure abortion access in our country.

In Congress, I will always fight to protect the right to choose, but I need your help to do it. Will you rush $5 or more to help us keep AZ-02 blue, hold the House Majority, and protect abortion rights?
