Cashless bail was a failure for other states that implemented it. It led to violent criminals being allowed back on the streets. Naturally, Pritzker is all over that idea.

The states that implemented cashless bail programs are walking back their choices. As violent criminals have been allowed to continue roaming the streets, citizens have never been less safe.

JB Pritzker has indicated that curtailing Illinois’ rising crime is the last thing on his mind. Pritzker is more concerned with coddling criminals than he is protecting Illinoisans. His entertainment of the idea of letting criminals go without bail makes that crystal clear.

Friend, it’s once again time to stand up and tell Pritzker enough is enough. Illinoisans want criminals in jail, not on our streets. Will you sign our petition telling Pritzker to get serious about stopping our crime wave?

This cannot stand. Our state deserves better. We hope you will stand with us in demanding a better, safer Illinois.
