Earlier this week, the Supreme Court’s draft majority opinion was leaked to the press — indicating the Court’s plans to overturn Roe v. Wade in the weeks ahead.

Although abortion is still legal and this is not the final ruling, we must prepare for the worst to come.

The Guttmacher Institute predicts that abortion would be explicitly or effectively outlawed in at least 26 states — with 13 states imposing “trigger bans” on abortion that would take effect the moment the Court overturns Roe.
