Dear Friends and Colleagues,
Corporate decisions impact us all. But the vast majority of Americans don’t have a say in the business policies that touch our everyday lives.
That is why, as part of our work with the Corporate Racial Equity Alliance, PolicyLink is working to ensure Americans have a say in how businesses affect our lives.
Last month we published a new report outlining the approach we’re taking with our partners to develop standards for corporations to advance racial and economic equity. Since then we’ve heard from people across industries, experiences, and interests about this work. There’s one month left in our public comment period – and we want to hear from you:
We know that providing feedback is labor, so we are offering $200 for participation to young people 16-to-24 years old, people of color, individuals living on a low income, and others based in the US (details here).
By lending your voice to this effort, you’re helping ensure businesses are accountable to workers, consumers, and communities. Thank you for being a partner in this critical work.
In solidarity,
The Corporate Racial Equity Alliance
