As Democrats, we’re OUTRAGED that this has the potential to be an unprecedented attack on long-established, fundamental freedoms.
But we’re not surprised – because Justice Alito is one of the most conservative members of the Court.
During his time on the bench, he’s ATTACKED LGBTQ+ rights, UPHELD dangerous gun laws, and UNDERMINED voting rights.
And given his latest draft opinion on Roe v. Wade, it’s downright terrifying that such a radical figure sits on the highest court.
So with conservative justices like Alito DOMINATING the Court, it’s CRITICAL that we know where our top supporters stand.
