I don’t know if you watched the hearings last week, but one thing was pretty clear: The Republicans embarrassed themselves. They asked misleading questions, pulled immature stunts, and attacked a Purple Heart veteran. They bent over backwards to defend Trump -- all while witness after witness made it clear that Trump is guilty of bribery.
My colleagues and I are fighting to protect our democracy, while the Republicans seem to only be fighting to protect themselves. We need to show them that the American people aren't on their side.
