Friends,
In September, youth and allies shocked the world with a series of mass
protests. Millions of people took to the streets in the largest
climate actions the world had ever seen. Here in MA, we helped
organize and took part in a 10,000 person strike, rally, and march.
And this past Saturday, students from Harvard and Yale, with support
from Better Future Project's Divest Ed, held a historic disruption of
a Harvard-Yale football game.
We've had some remarkable successes, and now it's time to get
louder.
As a part of their cycle of escalation, youth and their allies are
gearing up for bigger and bolder action. Join us on Friday, Dec. 6 for the next climate strike.
We'll march from Copley to the Common and demand that our
politicians take action.
This strike is a stepping stone for bigger action on Earth Day, for
the end of the MA legislative cycle (July 31), and the Nov. 2020
election. It's on. Come be a part of this historic moment.
See you in the streets,
Vignesh Ramachandran
