Friend,

I always shake my head when I am reminded that every day, millions of college students experience food insecurity. Without the resources needed to feed themselves every day, much of America’s future goes to bed hungry. Thankfully, many have access to on-campus food banks.

I believe students of all ages should only have to focus on their studies, not where their next meal comes from.

So this week, as so many of us lucky ones get to gather with our friends and family and share our gratitude over a thoughtfully prepared meal, Marcelle and I are thinking about those millions of students -- and also non-students -- who experience life without regular meals on a regular basis.

We want to make sure that they've inspired more than just our thoughts, so we invite you to join us this Thanksgiving by making a donation of money, goods, or time to your local food pantry.
