The Canadian Human Rights Tribunal found that the federal government discriminated “recklessly” against Indigenous kids – and knew about it. But Justin Trudeau’s Liberal government keeps trying to fight the ruling.

Right now, Trudeau’s Liberal government is in the Federal Court of Appeals fighting to avoid giving Indigenous kids and their families the compensation they’ve been ordered to pay.
