John,

The catastrophe is growing, and our deadline to file in court against Speaker Nancy Pelosi is quickly approaching.

Not only are Speaker Pelosi and the Left in Congress not doing their job, but she is suing to make the situation worse.

We have a severe national security and humanitarian crisis on our southern border. Speaker Pelosi knows it. Former Obama Administration officials have admitted it. But only the President is doing something about it – repurposing funds under congressionally enacted statutes to secure the border.

The Speaker Pelosi-led House of Representatives filed a lawsuit in Washington, D.C. She lost, but now she’s appealing, trying to block the funds.

At the ACLJ, we’ve filed briefs in defense of securing our border and confronting this crisis. We are preparing to file a new amicus brief in federal appeals court to defeat Speaker Pelosi’s dangerous lawsuit and defend our border.

The status quo is not sustainable. The border patrol is overwhelmed. The situation grows more dangerous by the day. As our deadline quickly approaches, we urgently need your Tax-Deductible support. Have your gift DOUBLED through our Matching Challenge. Chip in $5 and it becomes $10; $20 becomes $40.

Deadline: Have Your Gift Doubled to Defeat Speaker Pelosi.
