FIRST: the leaked SCOTUS opinion confirmed Roe v. Wade and federal protections for abortion access are being destroyed.
THEN: Attorney General candidate Daniel Uhlfelder immediately made it CLEAR that he would unequivocally refuse to enforce any abortion ban in Florida.
NOW: The other DEMOCRAT in this race is refusing to say the same – leaving ambiguity as to how they will use the power of the office to protect the rights of the people.
xxxxxx: This is not a moment for ambiguity. Human rights are under attack and we need to use every tool at our disposal to defend them.
