Friend,

I, like so many Americans, am disturbed by the news that the Supreme Court may be poised to overturn Roe v. Wade.

We cannot allow a narrow partisan majority to send us backward in time. This politicization of the court to attack a woman's right to choose should alarm every single American.

As we witness the erosion of our judiciary in real time, it is more important than ever that we shore up our pro-choice defenses in Congress. That's why my PAC is rushing support to three reproductive health champions who are running to keep the Senate blue this fall.

Please, join me in chipping in $10 or more right now to be split between incumbent Senator Cortez Masto in Nevada, challenger Rep. Val Demings in Florida, and challenger Cheri Beasley in North Carolina?

Roe v. Wade was a landmark decision, which has enshrined the right of any pregnant person to have autonomy over their bodies for almost fifty years.

As the Supreme Court threatens Americans' constitutional right to choose, we must fight to keep the Senate blue – to remain a crucial check to prevent progress from being rolled back.

My colleague Senator Cortez Masto believes, as I do, that the right to reproductive health care is fundamental. Meanwhile, her leading Republican opponent is endorsed by the anti-abortion group "National Right to Life."

Rep. Val Demings has spent her career fighting to protect the right to choose, including passing legislation in the House to codify Roe v. Wade into law. Now, she's running for Senate to unseat Marco Rubio, who has consistently worked to make accessing abortions harder.

And in North Carolina, former Chief Justice of the State Supreme Court Cheri Beasley is running to fill the open seat currently held by Republican Richard Burr. While her Republican opponents jockey to see who can put forth the most extreme positions on abortion, Beasley is clear: Abortion is a constitutional right.

These are three women and pro-choice champions we need in the Senate as the Supreme Court attacks the autonomy of women and all pregnant people. Will you join me in making a contribution of $10 or more today to be split between their campaigns?

Thank you for taking action alongside me today.
