There is a bill Mark sponsored before the Senate right now that would codify into law the right to reproductive freedom: the Women’s Health Protection Act.

Senate action is more urgent than it has ever been after the shocking revelation earlier this week that the Supreme Court is poised to strike down Roe v. Wade. We cannot allow the Supreme Court to have the final word on this fundamental right.
