With the conservative-controlled Supreme Court poised to overturn Roe v. Wade, we need Congress to act, and fast.

Earlier this year, Democrats in Congress passed the Women’s Health Protection Act, which would codify Roe v. Wade into federal law and protect the right to abortion.

Every single Republican, including NM-02’s anti-choice Rep. Yvette Herrell, voted against this bill for reproductive rights, but thanks to our Democratic majority, it passed.

Now, we need the Senate to take this bill up for a vote ASAP, and we need to put pressure on every member of the Democratic Party to do what it takes to get it passed.
