Marking 50 Years of Accomplishments and
Charting the Course for the Challenges Ahead

Please join us for this high-level, one-day conference in Washington, D.C., which will examine the nuclear threat in the wake of Russia's war on Ukraine, how to reinforce the arms control and nonproliferation system, the impact of new weapons technologies, and the future of the nuclear disarmament movement.

Keynote speakers include: Mallory Stewart, U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Arms Control, Verification and Compliance; Izumi Nakamitsu, UN High Representative for Disarmament; and Sen. Jeff Merkley (D-OR), co-chair of the Congressional Working Group on Nuclear Weapons and Arms Control.

Join us June 2, 2022 at the National Press Club!

* Attendees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Please bring proof of your vaccination status with you to both events. Additionally, we ask that you do not attend if you are not feeling well or if you have tested positive or had a known exposure to COVID-19 within the week preceding June 2. We encourage all attendees to wear masks when they are not eating or drinking. Protecting the health of all of our participants is a top priority, but we also note that it is not possible to completely eliminate the risks of COVID-19 exposure.
