Patriot,

After months of hard work and grassroots campaigning on the ground, I submitted thousands of petitions to put my name on the ballot as a Republican Candidate for Congress in Florida’s 11th Congressional District!

This is very exciting, and I’m extremely proud of my campaign staff and volunteers, because qualifying via petition signatures is a huge accomplishment, and no easy feat!

On top of that, we submitted more signatures than my RINO opponent, Do-Nothing Daniel Webster, who collected petitions by paying to send them in the mail! In comparison, my campaign team and I can say that we actually spoke directly to every single one of the voters who signed our petitions. Daniel Webster will never be able to say the same!

While I could have paid a filing fee of $10,400 to get on the ballot, it was really important to me to prove that I have grassroots support for my campaign.  Also, it was a great opportunity to meet voters in my district!

But, it took a toll on our campaign coffers and volunteer resources. We had to drive thousands of miles over these last few months, and we had to pay $.10 per petition to have them verified. That’s a lot of gas money and travel reimbursements.

We’re down to 111 days before the Republican Primary, and we can’t miss a day campaigning and meeting voters.
